Muhammad Aftab Alam murdered Congress Leader attempted to murder, and planted bombs Submitted Repot to District court of Rautahat Nepal.
A team of Nepal Police investigating the case Alam has submitted the report to the Government Attorney Office, and have recommended filled three charges against him – murder, attempt to murder, and explosions of bomb.The explosion had occurred while Alam was getting people to make bombs at his home with the intention of seizing booths on the eve of the first Constituent Assembly election. Eight persons, including Oshi Akhtar and Trilok Pratap Singh of Yamunamai Rural Municipality were critically injured in the blast.According to Rautahat District Police Office, Alam is accused of having packed the injured persons in sacks, killing them and dumping their bodies in a brick kiln belonging to his relative.

Chandra Kant Raut, who had been working as a scientist in a USA company, had returned to Nepal in 2011 resigning his post.
